TG-Group is looking for a service planner & after-sales assistant for our office in Verrebroek (Beveren) – someone who enjoys organising, thinks ahead and, at the same time, has a strong technical understanding and a talent for customer service.

Job description

In this versatile role, you will combine the scheduling of our technicians with practical and administrative support for our after-sales team. You will act as a key link between customers, technicians, the warehouse, suppliers and project management.

• You will schedule our service technicians for activities in our workshop and on-site interventions at customer locations
• You will organise the practical aspects of service orders: transport, flights and hotels (where necessary) and other logististic details.
• You will assist with machine deliveries and transfers.
• You prepare dispatch, CMR and export documents and carry out administrative follow-up on shipments.
• You support the after-sales department with the dispatch of spare parts, the scheduling of minor repairs and the follow-up of smaller overhaul projects.
• You monitor the pricing of spare parts for sales in the ERP system.
• You assist customers with technical and practical enquiries and, where necessary, you consult the relevant technical colleague.
• You request quotations from suppliers and process these for our customers.
• You assist with the processing of service orders, service reports and other administrative tasks.

Profile

‍We are looking for someone with organisational skills and a technical flair.

• You enjoy planning, organising and problem-solving.
• You have technical insights.
• Knowledge of electromechanics, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering is an advantage.
• You work accurately, in a structured manner and independently, and have strong administrative skills.
• You are customer-focused and communicate easily with customers and colleagues.
• You can handle pressure, and keep calm when schedules change unexpectedly.
• You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with Odoo would be an advantage.
• You speak Dutch very well and can express yourself fluently in English. French and/or German is a plus.
• Experience in planning, logistics, technical service or after-sales is, of course, an asset.
• You hold a Category B driving licence.
