About the Role
As a Sales Support Officer, you are the vital link between our agents, customers and internal teams. You ensure that our sales process runs smoothly from start to finish.
Your responsibilities include preparing clear and accurate quotations, reviewing contracts, creating detailed cost calculations and managing the sales mailbox. You will also coordinate communication between customers, agents and internal departments, ensuring that every enquiry is handled efficiently and professionally.
Your contribution is essential to delivering an outstanding customer experience and supporting the success of our sales team.
Your Profile
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical or commercial field, or have equivalent experience
- Experience in a technical environment is an advantage, but not essential—your analytical mindset is what matters most
- You are highly proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- You have experience following up quotations, orders and customer files
- You ensure clear communication between customers, agents and internal teams
- You work accurately under pressure while maintaining a clear overview of priorities
- You think commercially and proactively support the sales team with your insight and initiative
