To support our Project Managers, we are looking for a Document Controller for our sites in Beveren and Hoogstraten. You will be responsible for managing the complete technical documentation across the three entities of TG-Group. You will develop a uniform documentation structure and ensure that every machine is delivered with a complete, accurate and professional documentation package.

Responsibilities

• Manage documentation for the different entities within TG-Group
• Prepare and source translations for text displayed on HMI screens and included in our machine manuals
• Develop and maintain a uniform documentation structure
• Compile and manage CE documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Collect information from various technical teams
• Manage document versions and archives
• Prepare customer documentation using the TG-Group corporate layout

Profile

• You are highly organised, accurate and detail-oriented
• You are able to work well under pressure
• You have a technical background, preferably in mechanical engineering, electromechanics or industrial automation, or demonstrable relevant experience
• You are able to translate technical information into clear and understandable documentation
• You work efficiently and are comfortable working across multiple locations
• Experience translating technical texts or HMI interfaces is a plus
• Knowledge of CE documentation or machine building is an advantage
• You are fluent in spoken and written Dutch and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• You are proficient with MS Office 365, SharePoint and/or document management systems
• Experience with the Odoo ERP system is a plus
