For our Verrebroek (Beveren) office, TG-Group is looking for an AI Implementation Specialist who will be responsible for turning the various AI opportunities that come your way into tangible business results.

Job description

• Identify and prioritise AI and automation opportunities
• Translate business challenges into concrete AI solutions, agents and workflows
• Build prototypes of AI workflows yourself and implement them across the various entities of TG-Group
• Work directly with management, IT teams and the digitalisation department
• Take projects beyond the proof-of-concept stage and ensure they are effectively integrated into day-to-day operations
• Measure the impact on productivity, turnover and margins
• Share successful solutions and best practices across the entire TG-Group

You will be supported in this by the digitalisation team and will report to the CFO of TG-Group.

Profile

We are looking for you if you are a hands-on technical professional with strong business acumen, who derives just as much energy from building things yourself as from contributing to strategic thinking.

• You have relevant experience in AI, data science, ML/AI engineering, data architecture or cloud engineering
• You have proven experience in building and implementing technological solutions
• You have knowledge of at least one programming language
• You have experience with LLMs, AI agents, API's and automation
• You possess strong communication skills when working with both technical teams and senior management
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to take ownership from idea to implementation
• You are fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong plus
• You have a master’s-level education or demonstrable relevant work experience
