To strengthen our customer service team, we are looking for a Technical Customer Service Employee to support our after-sales department at our site in Meer, Hoogstraten.
Job Description
As a Technical Customer Service Employee at Entrec, you will:
Be the first point of contact for customers by phone regarding questions, complaints and service interventions. You will assess and filter requests using a decision tree and ask the right questions to gather all necessary information, allowing you to refer the customer to the appropriate technical specialist within TG-Group. Where necessary, you will also forward requests to our sister companies.
Analyse parts manuals, electrical and pneumatic schematics to provide suitable solutions to customers.
Schedule technicians using our digital planning tool and arrange hotel accommodation when required.
Prepare reports following service interventions or site visits.
Request quotations from our suppliers and convert them into our corporate layout so they can be presented to our customers.
Help monitor the planning and ensure the continuity of our customers' machines.
Prepare orders for both customers and technicians, mainly involving individual spare parts to be shipped to customers. You will pick the required parts from the warehouse and prepare them for shipment.
Advise customers on tooling, spare parts and other necessary items to help prevent future problems. In doing so, you will contribute to the further professionalisation of our after-sales service for our global customer base.
Profile
You have a commercial mindset and are a true ambassador for the company. You are customer-focused at all times and strive to provide our customers with flawless service down to the smallest detail.
You are proficient with computers, particularly MS Excel, and have a strong technical background (electromechanics, electrical engineering, etc.).
You are punctual and work accurately.
You are comfortable working with numbers.
You take responsibility and are motivated by achieving results.
You have an excellent command of Dutch and English; knowledge of French and/or German is a plus.
You value structure and work in a highly organised and accurate manner.
Experience with the implementation of an ERP system is a plus.
You are able to work well under pressure.
